person was very nice and helpful. He took the time to remove the stabilizing
frame from the refrigerator to make it easier to transport into the house later.

Hi Kim,
I was very nervous about ordering such a large ticket item from a company I
knew nothing about. I had actually ordered the same oven about a week prior
from another place but cancelled the order when they called me to tell me they
had to charge even more for shipping. I had read that there are companies out
there who do that sort of thing and I was afraid everyone did.
I never had a reason to contact your customer service department but I'm sure
the service you offer your customer's is very good. I received my oven on March
30th and they even brought it into the house (the place that tried to raise the
shipping charge was just going to drop it at the curb). I'm not sure if the
delivery people you use always provide such wonderful service but I was fully
prepared to pay extra to have the 200+ pound oven brought into my home.
Unfortunately, I was not home when the oven was actually delivered (they came
early and my boyfriend was there) but I was going to tip them if they did bring
the oven in, but I was not able to since I wasn't there.
My experience with appliancesonlineus.com was great and I want to thank you for
being a reputable company that does what you promise (not charge for shipping
or throw in additional fees). The oven is beautiful and in perfect condition.

Kim, thank you, my new microwave arrived and my old one taken away at the
same time by a tractor-trailer contracted by Whirlpool out of Albany NY.
The new microwave has been running great with no noise from the turntable
motor.    Thank you for being reachable by phone and having this situation
corrected.   They say most business's perform well when everything goes
well, while only the few really good ones perform well even when
everything doesn't go as planned.

Hi Kim - the fridge & combo wall oven came today and I
must say i am relieved and very happy.  I wasn't sure
about placing such a large order online with an
unknown vendor which is why i ordered the cooktop
first.  Regardless, the Excel delivery service was top
notch & their customer service was awesome.  I sure
hope you made some money on this because i saved a ton
AND i ordered a nicer wall oven than originally
planned and still saved a ton.
The appliances are not yet installed but i have
openned the fronts to ensure no major damage in
delivery... so far so good, but this has been an
awesome experience; i have already passed your website
along to 2 co-workers looking for appliances. I'm a
very happy customer & will return for future needs.

     I had been looking to buy a new stove for some time and finally settled on a
specific Jenn-Air model.  After checking every appliance discount place I could
find, I still wasn’t happy with the price so I started searching the Internet.
Many hours of research led me to conclude that this outfit was absolutely the
best deal.  Others have lower prices but when you add in the shipping, they
weren’t that good of a deal.  I have to admit I was nervous buying an expensive
stove from an internet store.  I think the thing that finally convinced me that
it would be OK was the link on the home page to the Florida Better Business
Bureau.   This company’s spotless record put me at ease and I decided to order.
I ordered the stove on a Monday and had it in my kitchen the following Friday.
I am very satisfied with the experience and have told all my friends about it.
I would not hesitate to do it again the next time I’m in the market for an
appliance (next year, a refrigerator!) I will check this store first.

Recently I purchased all new kitchen appliances from appliancesonlineus.com and I am
very happy that I did. Everything (stove top, frig, wall oven, dishwasher and
microwave) all Amana in black... arrived when I wanted it, and in EXCELLENT
condition.
Every time I called before my actual purchase, I was assisted in a courteous manner
and all my questions were answered.
My $45,000 kitchen project was a comedy of errors from the $8,000 Corian counter
being wrong twice to the $10,000 Kraftmaid cabinets (in which I am awaiting my 3rd
set of replacement doors). But not my appliances... LOL, oh no, they were perfect.

     I just want to thank you for the great service and price. I recently ordered all new
appliances for my kitchen. I was working with Home Depot and they said they could
match any price I found on the internet. Once I found the prices online, which you offer
the best prices, I returned to Home Depot with the prices. After speaking with the
manager and the person in appliances, they said they could not match the price because
they would lose money on the deal. At first I wanted to give the manager a piece of
my mind but I decided I would rather spend my money with a company that wanted
my business. After speaking with your representatives, I felt very comfortable ordering
online. The Jenn Air dishwasher, microwave, range, and fridge are awesome. You guys
are AWESOME and I highly encourage anyone to order their appliances from you.
