I had actually ordered the same oven about a week prior from another place but cancelled the order when they called me to tell me they had to charge even more for shipping. I had read that there are companies out there who do that sort of thing and I was afraid everyone did. I never had a reason to contact your customer service department but I'm sure the service you offer your customer's is very good. I received my oven on March 30th and they even brought it into the house (the place that tried to raise the shipping charge was just going to drop it at the curb). I'm not sure if the delivery people you use always provide such wonderful service but I was fully prepared to pay extra to have the 200+ pound oven brought into my home. Unfortunately, I was not home when the oven was actually delivered (they came early and my boyfriend was there) but I was going to tip them if they did bring the oven in, but I was not able to since I wasn't there. My experience with appliancesonlineus.com was great and I want to thank you for being a reputable company that does what you promise (not charge for shipping or throw in additional fees). After checking every appliance discount place I could find, I still wasn’t happy with the price so I started searching the Internet. I have to admit I was nervous buying an expensive stove from an internet store.
