| We attempt to complete delivery within seven - ten working days on all orders. Each appliance is shipped from a factory warehouse in the United States. All orders may be cancelled within two days, if product has not been shipped. If product has been shipped, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. After delivery, any item is returnable for seven days. Buyer is then responsible for Return Shipping Costs as well as 20% Restocking Fee. Any returned item must be in original, unopened packaging. Opened packaging or installed items are not returnable. Any refund will be made after receipt of product in new and unopened condition. All damaged items will be exchanged or repaired by factory-authorized service. Warranty repairs are the responsibility of the manufacturer. All requests for refunds must be in writing through Appliances Online US.com's Web site or through Appliances Online US.com's toll-free telephone support within seven days of delivery date and will require a confirmation number from Appliances Online US.com before return. | ||||||||||||
